ONLINE RETURN POLICY
**All item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, with original tags and boxes and return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving product. Shoe box must be unaltered and wrapped during shipping so as not to damage the shoe box. If we receive a returned item that doesn't meet our return guidelines, the product may be sent back to you at your expense. Please make sure your purchase meets our guidelines.**
Once your return has been received and approved we will credit the card that you used at the time of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs. Your card will be refunded within 2 business days of receiving the product in the store.
Insuring your return packages to shopkickshoes.com is highly recommended. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. INSTORE RETURN POLICY
I purchased my shoes in-store at kick; what is my return policy?
Products purchased in-store have their own return policy. All returns must be made within 7days, for in-store credit ONLY, showing no signs of wear and with the original receipt. There are no exceptions.
I think I received defective/wrong merchandise, what do I do?
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please notify us (firstname.lastname@example.org or 608-782-5425) within 3 days of receiving the product. We will do our best to exchange the incorrect product with what you were meant to receive. We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty.
When will my return be refunded?
Once your package has been received at kick, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. We will inspect your returned item(s) and then contact you via email with the refund confirmation. Refunds may not show up on your card statement for about four business days. This timeframe varies with each card provider. We do not refund any postal insurance or return shipping charges incured by the customer.
